Dental Insurance and Payments

We accept assignment of most dental insurance companies. Please remember, we are only able to assist you with your dental insurance as FIPPA (Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act) limits the amount of information that our office is able to access. You are ultimately responsible for knowing your plan’s limits and coverage. We provide electronic claim submission to your insurance company. We require your portion of the treatment fee to be paid at the time of service. In cases of major dental treatment, we will submit a Predetermination before initiating any treatment. Please remember that the best possible treatment options may not be covered by your insurance plan. Insurance coverage is not based on each patient’s individual needs, therefore some required services may not be eligible for insurance coverage. We will do our best to inform you of any additonal costs prior to treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We require 2 business days notice when cancelling an appointment, otherwise a fee may be charged.
